Dear Prospective Student,
Thank you for your interest in the Collegiate 100 of Atlanta Career Pipeline Program.
This program is designed to prepare college juniors and seniors for a successful summer internship experience and to help them make a strong transition from college into the professional workforce. Internships play an important role in launching a rewarding career, and the Career Pipeline Program equips students with the skills, guidance, and professional exposure needed to succeed.
Selected students will participate in a Saturday training program that meets twice per month from March 24th through April 24, 2026. The program includes the following modules:
Module I: Assessing Students’ Career Aspirations
Module II: Professional Perfect – Essentials for Corporate and Career Success
Module III: Certificates, Recognition, and Internship Placement
Participants will also engage in additional activities and professional development opportunities designed to strengthen their readiness for the workplace.
To apply, please complete the application below, submit the required essay, and upload two professor recommendation forms.
Students accepted into the Career Pipeline Program are expected to participate fully in six training sessions held twice per month between March and April 2026. Additional program details will be provided upon acceptance.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible for an 8–10 week summer internship with the 100 Black Men of Atlanta or one of our corporate or civic partners.
Participants will also have the opportunity to receive professional coaching and mentorship from members of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta and leaders from our partner organizations.
We look forward to reviewing your application. If you have any questions, please contact Fred Parham, Career Pipeline Program Director at careers@the100atl.org.
