Career Pipeline Program

Mission:

The Collegiate 100 of Atlanta Career Pipeline Program’s mission is to assist college students to develop their unique gifts and talents into marketable attributes that will launch them into successful careers. The Career Pipeline Program is a year-round, career training program that “raises the bar” by leveraging the 100 Black Men of Atlanta’s proven leadership in business and community. Our comprehensive curriculum will equip the next generation of global leaders with the necessary skills to find a career, sustain a career, and advance in the market.

Career Pipeline Student Criteria

Our eligibility requirements are students must:

  • be a U.S. citizen
  • be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university
  • have matriculated to their junior or senior year 
  • have a cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or higher
  • be 18-23 years of age 
  • participate in ALL 6 training sessions

Investment Per Capita* $10,000

    The Career Pipeline Program establishes a bridge of opportunity for Metro Atlanta’s best and brightest college students. The 100 Black Men of Atlanta has convened a powerfully important program that provides the next generation of Atlanta’s leaders with current leaders of Atlanta’s business and civic community to establish pivotal professional mentorship and internship opportunities.
